Jeff Kueppers is a two-time Emmy®–winning producer, writer, and actor with over 20 years of television experience on both sides of the camera. From shaping major courtroom series like Judge Joe Brown, Divorce Court, and the Emmy-winning Judy Justice to navigating the unpredictability of the audition room, Jeff understands the industry from every angle.

Long before he was a producer, Jeff was an actor in the trenches—navigating classes, auditions, and the highs and lows of the business. He has trained with Los Angeles’ top instructors, including The Groundlings, Ivana Chubbuck Studio, and Dee Wallace Studio. His performance credits include stand-up comedy and MC work to lead roles in independent features and guest spots on network series like S.W.A.T., How I Met Your Mother, Perception, and multiple daytime dramas.

Because he has worked closely with hundreds of actors and real people under high-pressure conditions, Jeff knows how to help performers find authenticity and clarity when the camera rolls. His approach blends craft and psychological insight with practical, on-set knowledge—with a specific emphasis on truth, timing, and connection.
